DataTrans is looking for the following professionals:

VP Sales, Marketing and Business Development

Responsible for leading the overall development and implementation of the company’s strategic business development, sales and marketing plan; building relationships with executive level decision makers, expanding business opportunities, growing the client base, strengthening the DataTrans Solution brand to expanding markets, and increasing sales of the DTS product line.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, sales management, with some marketing background
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, IT field, or related discipline
  • Experience in the strategic development and implementation of EDI (or other closely related SaaS, ERP, or e-commerce) business development, sales, and marketing plans
  • Experience leading an effective team of business development, marketing, and sales professionals
  • Experience with large scale projects with proven ability to identify, develop, negotiate, communicate, and close complex/multiple projects with executive level customers
  • Experience effectively developing executive level business and sales relationships
  • Experience effectively communicating and building relationships with internal and external partners
  • Demonstrated transition and acquisition to new technologies, methodologies, and skills
  • Experience with EDI, ERP, SaaS, or e-commerce business development and sales background
  • Healthcare IT or Healthcare EDI experience
  • Experience training others in Project Management and Leadership skills
  • Virtual and print based branding and marketing experience directly related to IT products

Sr. Manager, Sales and Marketing

Primarily responsible for assisting in the development and overseeing the implementation of new marketing programs to increase product awareness, branding, and generating new sales through new and existing markets, in support of Company’s Strategic Marketing Plan. This position works as a key member of the sales and business development team to ensure a high quality multi-channel marketing, strong brand presence, and continuous sales revenue growth. This position works collaboratively with other managers and leaders to advise on and seek emerging business opportunities and product enhancements.

  • At least 5 years marketing and sales experience
  • Demonstrated track record of effectively closing sales at a high percentage and surpassing quotas
  • 4 year College Degree
  • Experience with customer relationship building through direct relationship building, web-based, social media, and professional target market group networking
  • Web-site design knowledge and experience with SEO and/or other web-based marketing tools such as Google AdWords, etc.
  • Directly related experience increasing revenue through sales and marketing efforts
  • Strong proficiency in technical marketing and sales software suites. Such as CRM, and digital media.
  • Successful full marketing and/or sales life-cycle and implementation project management experience
  • Experience gathering and reporting metrics on marketing and sales effort effectiveness
  • Experience creating and managing multiple sales and market plans resulting in increased sales
  • Excellent writing and communication skills; strong organizational skills
  • Experience writing sales quotes and proposals
  • Demonstrated ability to work well independently and in a team setting, manage several tasks at once,anticipate and identify problems, and suggest solutions in a timely manner
  • IT marketing experience such as EDI, ERP, or other Software as a Service product lines
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising/Public Relation or IT field

Technical Support Representative

The Technical Support Representative provides basic EDI mapping, implementation service, and high quality Tier 1 support for DataTrans Solutions customers.  This position assists and supports EDI projects through full project life cycle processes, and collaboratively works as part of a first-level client support and resolution team.

Minimum 2 years IT group experience.  Minimum 2 years positive and effective customer service experience.  Understanding of data mapping processes and frameworks.  Knowledge of full life-cycle management processes. Must have good communications skills.

Experience working with relational databases, EDI experience, and project full life-cycle participation is preferred, with some college course work.

EDI Jr. Analyst – Projects

The EDI Jr. Analyst- Projects, provides EDI mapping, implementation service and support for high quality Tier 2 projects and resolution for DataTrans Solutions, Inc. customers, in support of the EDI II Projects Team.  This position will assist in and support managing advanced EDI projects through full project life-cycle processes, work as part of a higher level client support resolution team, and resolve technical issues related to implementation as well as on-going client technical support needs.

Minimum 2 years related EDI experience; relational database experience; some data mapping experience using various EDI mapping software with knowledge of VAN’s, AS2 and FTP communication methods; effective communication skills, acquisition of new skills and technologies; positive customer support, experience supporting and working on multiple concurrent projects and tasks.

Experience with SQL, SQL Server, XML, CSV, cXML; HIPAA and other healthcare EDI experience; knowledge of full life-cycle, mid-level implementation project management experience; experience with project management training and leadership, and/or management training; college degree.

Systems Administrator

Maintain the integrity of OS environment; install, configure, and maintaining operating system workstations and servers, including web mail and application servers, desktop equipment, and phone system, in support of complex processing and security requirements. Will also provide IT product and solutions documentation, operational support, file restorations, backups, disk space management and problem resolution for OS platforms, researches, evaluates and recommends software and hardware products, supports web access and electronic messaging services, and maintains a secure systems environment for the enterprise, through cloud and on-site resources. (Gmail, O365, DOS Attack Monitoring, IP phone systems, AD/LDAP.)

BS in Computer Science or in closely related field with 2 years of experience in systems administration and/or programming or closely related area; OR Associates degree in closely related field with 4 years of experience in systems administration and/or programming or closely related area; OR at least 6 years directly related experience in systems administration and/or programming, with a minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; Experience in similar role; Experience in effectively communicating and building relationships with internal and external partners; Experience managing multiple projects, leadership skills, and customer service experience.

Advanced certifications (MCSA, MCSE, VCAP, EMC); EDI retail experience; IT product and solutions documentation experience.
