Currently, DataTrans is looking for the following professionals:

• Programmer
  Woodlands based IT company is looking for an IT profession with at least 2 years direct programming experience. Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company's EDI and web infrastructure and performing system administration duties. Must have the ability to multi-task, learn new programming/computer skills quickly and deal effectively with non-technical customers. We are looking for a engergetic person with the following skills:
  • PHP, Apache development
  • Ajax
  • Solid programming experience with experience with recursion
  • Relational database exp. (preferably MySQL and/or SQL Server)
  • Linux, Windows NT/2000 server admin.
  • Good Web development skills
  • Some EDI knowledge and experience is preferred
  • College degree


• EDI Analyst
  Minimum 2 years Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) experience using Liaison(softshare) Delta and ECS. Must have completed full EDI implementations, preferably in several industries. Direct experience in mapping and data communications setup and a good understanding of data communications options used in EDI (AS2, VANs,etc.) is required. Experience working with relational databases-MySQL & SQL Server is preferred. HIPAA EDI experience is also preferred. Must have good communications skills.
